Return Policy

Returns

We have a return policy of max 48 hours from receipt of item. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase is received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us by registering a complaint within 48 hours from reception of item and your item must be unused and in the same condition as to when you received it. It must also be sealed in its original packaging. 

If you received the wrong product, a damaged product or misprinted, keep the item sealed, kindly contact us to register a complaint and send the item back to our head office.

Additional non-returnable items: 
– Gift cards 
– Downloadable software products/designs
– Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial returns are approved
– Book with obvious signs of use 
– Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is not registered for return or replacement within 48 hours from delivery 

Refund and Cancellation

Once your purchase order is made and production is started, we are unable to cancel your order and refund your money. If you have received the purchased item and you were not happy with the quality of the product, you can return it within 48 hours in its original condition as received.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the item was returned due to defect or damage from our end or was not as per your order’s selection, then your return will be approved and will replace the item and ship to you within a certain amount of days depending on production time and shipping method.  

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, misprinted or if there was an a mixup from our side when order is purchased.

Gifts

If the item was marked by the buyer as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will exchange your approved returned item to you directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your returned item is approved – apologies for the inconvenience – we won’t charge for shipping back the exchanged item. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on production time and shipping method.
